Gautham Menon To Direct Mohanlal, Fahad Fazil
The news were in air about the entry of popular Tamil Director Gautham Menon into Mollywood. The news about him doing two films in Malayalam was also confirmed. Gautham Menon will be directing two popular stars of Mollywood - Mohanlal and Fahad Fazil. Gautham Menon is a Malayali by birth. He is very much popular in Tamil, Telugu and even in Bollywood, but had never come forward to do a Malayalam film. Both of his Malayalam films will be produced by Marikkar Films.
In an interview, the director said that he will be scripting for both of his films. Adding on, he said that he was waiting for a chance to work with Mohanlal. The director is currently busy with his Tamil movie Dhruva Natchathiram along with Surya. The movie is getting delayed and rumours came out stating Surya is not interested in the movie. Gautham Menon clarified these rumours to be false. He said that many more changes are being made on the scripts of Dhruva Natchathiram and that is delaying the film. Mohanlal is currently busy with his shooting of Geetanjali, in which he plays the role of Dr. Sunny. Fahad Fazil too has two films Artist and Olipporu, waiting to get released.
