BK Harinarayanan

Born to Bhatti Kuzhiyamkunnath Raman Namboothiri and Bhavani Antharjanam near Kunnamkulam, Harinarayanan completed his education in Kadikkad LP School and Perumpilavu PM High School. Following that he graduated from Guruvayoor Sree Krishna College.He is CA Intermediate, and has also completed a Diploma in Journalism from Bharatheeya Vidya Bhavan. He wrote his first poem when he was a student in Year 9. In 2003 his poem Vesham was published in Bhashaposhini magazine and was widely noticed. Later his poems were published in several publications. He has written a book titled Yaagavasantham. In 2009 he wrote lyrics for a Mappilappaattu Album and a Hindu devotional album.

He first wrote the lyrics for a movie song for the movie Killer directed by B Unnikrishnan. Several Harinarayanan-Gopisundar creations have became hits.
